4. What is the difference between a framed canvas print and a paper print?
We print on two high quality surfaces, cold press paper which is labeled as a 'print' and canvas which comes framed. Our paper prints are not framed. Canvases are framed with naturally aged grey dune fence from the Delaware Beaches. Kevin Fleming Photography frames canvases sized 30"x40" and smaller with dune fence. We frame our 40"x60" and larger canvases with a gray frame. The ink we use is guaranteed for 100 years by Epson. Kevin signs each piece after it has been printed as a part of our quality control process.
5. Can you explain the shipping process?
Kevin hand signs each piece as part of our quality control process.
All books and calendars are shipped within 48 hours through United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Paper prints are shipped within two weeks of your order date through UPS.
Canvas prints are made after the order is placed and should be expected to ship within 4-6 weeks of the order date through UPS. The shipping for 40x60 canvases is the most expensive because those canvases must be crated for a safe arrival. If you have a UPS account you would like us to use, simply order gallery delivery and mention that in your checkout notes, we will contact you to arrange shipping.
If you'd like to order a print and pick it up in the gallery, we offer that option when checking out. There is no shipping fee for gallery pick ups and you are able to pick up your purchase from 239 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 after you have been informed that your shipment is ready.

6. My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that your package has arrived damaged! Please keep the packaging and call UPS as soon as you have noticed the error. Email us as well so that we know that there is an issue and we will reprint your order! UPS guarantees that our packages will arrive safely. We will ship out a new piece once we have heard from UPS. If UPS is of no help, please contact us when it is convenient. We seek to have happy customers.
